Making a small dot a whole episode is taking insignificance to the breaking point.
The cleaning lady's reaction is just unpleasantly nuts when it's meant to be hilarious; and why would she tell her boss that she and George had sex on his desk? The boss would say "Why are you telling me this? You're both fired." This episode is for those who hate the Seinfeld characters, and enjoy seeing them be cretins.
