This locally-produced show (that first aired in San Francisco and later in Los Angeles) really pays off with its satirical take on movies, famous characters, news parodies, etc. The cast of Matt Neuman, Larry Arnstein, David Hurwitz, Stuart Birnbaum, Don Novello (aka Father Guido Sarducci) and others really come off as engaging and funny. Many of the cast/writers would later go on to work for Saturday Night Live in later years, with Novello debuting his Sarducci character) Though full episodes do not survive anymore due to lack of materials, certain clips can be found on YouTube.
