How unlikely

Warning: Spoilers
Well, we truly are making progress with this series as this episode has something quite different happen. We see what happened when Jack fell down that tree and one of the daughters of Aku is found dead at the bottom, but another one is well and alive. I believe her name is Aishi. She repeatedly tries to kill Jack even though he has her chained up. Jack, presumably feeling guilty about taking human lives for the first time, decides to actually try to reform her. They get swallowed whole by this giant monster. The battle scenes are great, but it's not really them that make this episode so wonderful.

The show is known for having very few characters, but in this one we actually get to flesh out a brand new one. Jack continues to struggle with himself. His other self seems to know things he doesn't implying that he is in fact a separate entity or he's just insane. There's a really heartwarming part at the end where Aishi tries to kill Jack, but then notices a ladybug on the small island they've landed on. She remembers that noticing the beauty of such a creature was considered a weakness while being raised. Now she can appreciate the true beauty of the world with no restraint. ****

A New Change

Warning: Spoilers
Picking up where it left off when Jack and Ashi fell down to the ground, good thing is that the Jack is still alive. However, another hallucination came with crows taunting Jack for killing calling him a murder, but he defended his actions that the assassins chose their own path. Later discovers that Ashi is still alive, she believes that Aku is the good guy & Jack is the bad guy, and both got inside a monster's stomach. Now two of them are surviving to get out of the monster. Later, a small flower and another hallucination of Jack's younger self keep telling him on why he chose to save her, it is because Ashi is confused and is now going realize that Jack is the good guy and Aku is the bad guy. Luckily they get out, Ashi was going to finally kill Jack but after seeing him spare a bug, she has flashback when she was a kid she admired a cute bug, but her mom kills it because it was a distraction. Looks like now she going to find out the truth. What was really scary was that the assassin has the same face as Aku which was a female version (not the one when Aku disguise himself as a female), this was in Jack's dream. In Ashi's dream, her mother's face was very scary with her mask on although her true face is not yet shown.
