I was disappointed that this episode about The Bike Path Rapist did not include the facts that the Amherst Police arrested and tried an innocent man for these crimes. He spent many years in prison for crimes that eventually it was proved by DNA that someone else did. It seems if a report is to be done it should cover all of the bases, including the errors made by the police and prosecutors.
