Everything feels weird and uneasy, sometimes the expression was unreal. Didn't expect this will be a dark/mystery movie with unexpected ending. I think Jibam's mom need to be older and more emotional. Kadir was good anyway, as well as other 'otai' talents.

The way Pak Ngah Sudin treat Jibam need build-up, he is simply so violent we feel weird to look at his character. I understand why all the "kampong" people treat Jibam like that. It is a typical treatment of villagers from my experience that every mentally problem people is just crazy and need to be keep away from people. It is fun, the story is good, but I notice some important scene may have been skipped due to LPF issue or just want to get the 90 minutes duration. It is a fantasy movie actually, and this movie really make me want to read the novel to understand more.
