I can't express how much I LOVE this premiere. It was so amazing seriously just everything about this episode was fantastic, the songs, the storyline and all the new characters introduced as well. However, what I loved most about this episode was the strong focus on Rapunzel and Eugene's relationship. They don't have a lot of episodes that focus on them as a couple and this is only one of the very few episodes that really focus on their love and relationship. I can't get over how this premiere really focused on these two as they are one of my top favourite Disney couples.
Plus it was great how we got to see more of a glimpse into Eugene's past by finally meeting the Baron and his daughter, Stalyan who also happens to be Eugene's ex-FIANCÉE. Watching this episode play out with Stalyan trying to force Eugene to marry her and make him question his relationship with Rapunzel was great. I can tell she is going to make quite the love rival for Rapunzel when she makes her future episodes on the show. Thankfully, Rapunzel and Eugene's love prevailed.
Overall, This is One of My Top Favourite Episodes of the Entire Series.
