Good concept ruined by bad writing and terrible acting
pillowtrot6 July 2021
A good concept for a movie, though the plot was full of hackneyed tropes and predictable characters. This film was obviously shot on a budget as the actors were all unknown -- and they were unknown for a good reason. They're worse than awful! The lead detective is such a bad actor, the viewer is tempted to think that this is intended to be one of those movies that becomes a cult classic. The problem is, it's trying too hard to be taken seriously. In the end, I was left hating myself for having sat all the way through.

Indie at it's best

I was completely draw in to this indie feature Directed by Chuck Norfolk The cinematography and the fun locations provide credibility to the story. The talented actors did a stellar job bringing the characters to life and the editing is spot on. I can certinly believe that there are schemes out there similar to the fictitious one portrayed here. I really like that the producers of the movie payed particular attention to the quality of the sound. You can hear all the lines clearly and the foley sound effects work perfectly. Coloring and color palette were consistent throughout the movie. For a low budget indie film it is worth your time to watch. The sound track( Nick G and The Gears) is awesome.
