Past starts to come forward!

This was such a great dramatic and really fun episode! This episode had both some really fun and dramatic scenes and the way the tone just changed instantly without loosing focus is just incredible!

We get some great shoot-out scenes that are very memorablr! The flashback scene from Afghanistan was solid! I actually got shocked and jumped in my seat! It really fit the tone of the show!

Now we see both the past of Barry and Sally coming forward! We get small hints and pieces but its still like we don't know it all!

That final scene was great! Amazing drama and acting as Barry is faced with who he is but does not want others to see!

It's a shame each season only runs eight episodes, but we get what we're given and the idea of Barry recounting his war days for the stage gets him in an awkward position.

Amazing ending which i wish wouldn't end on a cliffhanger.

This episode was really good primarily because of Sally and Barry's pushover scene at the end. Sally was trying to see if she could get Barry into the scene, but he didn't. The plot twist at the end says otherwise that he will go over the edge.

Anthony carrigans character is sooooo funny! I think that he is the breakout star in this show! Can't wait to see more episodes and glad it is getting renewed for another season. I hope many more to come.

I don't like to compare anything to breaking bad or better call Saul but Barry reminds me of those shows so much. Barry is entertaining in so many ways, there is never a dull moment. This episode is one of the best episodes HBO has ever produced. I laughed so hard with this one. I love the creativity and how much they put into such a short amount of time, that's what makes each episode perfect. The action and humor was great this episode and I can't wait for the next one.

Barry has continued to be an enjoyable and amazingly written, even though it's only in the second season I can firmly say it has become one of the greatest comedies on tv at the moment and even ever. It is still so gripping and intense, this new episode perfectly showcases the humor and action that Barry has to offer. I've been telling everyone I know to watch this show, and if you haven't. What are you doing??

So I barely wrote any notes when I was watching this for the first time, which probably means that it was that captivating. Now that I am in Season 4 and looking back at these episodes, I am fascinated by the relationship between Hank and Barry. Hank has tried to kill Barry more than once but because Barry didn't want to kill anymore, he hardly retaliated. Hank's bubbly demeanor often understates his actions and I like that contrast.

In this episode, the idea of distorting the past is introduced. Both Barry and Sally are deciding what to present about their past. We are still not fully elucidated on what happened to Barry (while I am aware of it at the time of writing this) and he's obviously trying to pick and choose what parts of the story he wants to bring forward. Similarly, Sally learns that she has distorted her memories of the past, probably due to a coping mechanism. She thought she stood up to him when in reality, she didn't. She has created a memory in her head to perceive herself as strong and independent. While it does not change the fact that Sam is probably an abuser, this episode poses an interesting question about how we perceive and present our past.

Barry becomes understandably upset as Sally asks him to choke her as part of the show because he doesn't want to engage in any act of violence. The episode ends when Sam shows up out of nowhere... which leaves us hanging because I know that Barry feels lot of anger toward him. Would he overcome this anger and not let his violence get ahead of him? We shall see.

Barry is definitely my favorite show of all time. I just watched the movie on TV today but it wasn't really that much of 6but to be in my head and it was still a bit weird to see the video game of all the games on TV and it is a good idea for a player who can get a good shot of the seven and the team will have a boiz on it but it wasn't a bad thing for me but it wasn't really a bad idea but it was pretty much a game of all the time and I think tha is the best thing to say about the game and I hope you have mc back to the game than you can do it for a while. Ok. I just got to go in and I think you have mc and the team will be a good idea if they can get them to go get hair done and have some good stuff and have a lot to say 6in and I hope they get it.

My Reaction / Review for Barry Season 2 Episode 3 ''Past = Present x Future Over Yesterday'' (S2. E3): Episode 2 was great and I gave it a rating of 9/10. Let's see if this one is better or worse. Lol Cristobal sent Noho and his men to live in a container? Im sure Noho's guys wont like this. Gene's son doesn't even wanna talk to him, that's so sad. Those Chechen guys don't know anything about guns? They cant even shoot a target that is infront of them. Sally's ex husband shows up? That's not good. Barry seems to be shocked that Sally's ex husband showed up. Overall a great episode, my rating is... 8.5/10.

There were some funny moments here, but this season is featuring NoHo Hank way too much. I just don't get the character at all.
