Portrait of adolescence
isaacochoterena29 May 2022
This film is a realistic portrait of what is lived in adolescence.

I felt identified with some moments of this film, I even remembered what it was like to be in high school and not even think about the future or even in life, something that the film captures in the story, just as it portrays the crisis of identity that we all go through at that age, how naive we are, the ambiguous concept of love that we have at that age, feeling invincible, emotions and feelings at their maximum with little self-control of them, feeling misunderstood by your elders, but feeling understood with other adolescents, just as it exposes certain problems that we will face, such as corruption, abuse of authority, violence, delinquency, as well as assuming responsibilities in the near future. The performances are splendid, each actor understands the character and plays it spectacularly, the photography is good and the development of some characters is good, but that of others is very short. Just as there is no specific story to follow, although it could also be an allusion to how that parte of life feels, without any direction or purpose in general.

This movie is a very complete portrait of what it feels like to be a teenager and face different emotional and personality changes, as well as a reflection of what one can do as a teenager, I even fill myself with feeling in the parts where I remembered what it was like to be in high school, in addition to being fun and having several moments of reflection, which make us understand that we did not know how good it felt not to care about the future or in life itself.
