C'mon, give it a chance!
16 August 2009
This film has been done very pro-like for its little budget. I happen to get my hand on the English dub copy and enjoyed every minute of the film. It was suspenseful and campy, bloody, and full of action and explosions. I really loved it and give the whole cast and crew a B+ for all of their effort and hard work they put into this movie. Before the movie starts, Marco Von Moos tells you that the film took about four years to produce, and I think they really took their time on it. Some so-so moments, but really other than that, great job! It's hard to tell about the acting, because it's dubbed. I hope this movie makes a limited theater release sometime, I'd pay the money...

The Suite Life on Deck: Double-Crossed (2009)
Season 1, Episode 21
4/10
Characters Seem Hyper and Goofy
17 July 2009
Warning: Spoilers
Dylan Sprouse seems stiff and childish in the episode, but Cole Sprouse remains the same. David Henrie also seems more mature and it looks like the directors really just wanted his fans to get shirtless snapshots.

London is the same old same old, and Bailey doesn't seem the same either. Woody, Alex, Max, and Mr. Mosbey are their usual either stupid, goofy, or strict characters.

Bottom line, Cody enters a scavenger hunt for two Hannah Montana concert tickets in Hawaii or him and Bailey, and Alex is wanted by Mr. Moseby and Justin for dying the hot tub blue.

The episode lacks humor from all of the shows, with occasional laughs, but I'm glad they didn't over do the laugh track. It's okay for little fans under 12 and some older fans who want to see their favorite stars in a different setting.

I gave it a 4/10 and don't recommend it for parents who might like the shows by themselves. That's So Suite Life of Hannah Montana was better than this and deserved more hype and a contest.

Yes It's Bad, But It's Good Too!
23 March 2009
A Note: Gosh people seriously! Please get a heart and at least try to look for budgets on this film. I'm sure this would have been a much better film if they went and bought a better camera, better actors, and better script writers. I saw it in Field Sequential 3D converted to Red and Blue and there were some decent effects. The Nu-View camera naturally does that to color, and I'm not going to name names, but one reviewer specifically said "the color is over lit"... OF COURSE IT IS. It was shot in 3D. It looks fine to me in 3D, but then I saw some clips in 2D and noticed both the color and blood looked weird, but I knew why. I'm not dumping on that guy, but hopefully he knew it was originally in 3D.

Well the plot of the movie is simple, a couple of teens go into the woods and are attacked by a killer in a clown mask that gruesomely kills them off one by one. Typical 80's slasher flick rip-off, but its good for a late night, and does have a little of that sex flair. So just try it, and try it in 3D and you'll probably only like it for that. But know people have their own opinions, and this is mine.

Funny, Awesome
5 March 2009
Warning: Spoilers
I orignally wrote a review thinking this was number 5. But yeah, this one is probably, next to 2 and 3, the only good sequel. It has a good horror line. It actually builds suspense. There is only one gory scene, but besides that it is good.

The plot involves determinded Tommy Jarvis going to Jason Voorhees grave to make sure that he is dead with his friend. Upon digging up the grave, lighting his a metal pole Tommy shoved into Jason and shocks Jason to life. Jason gets up and kills Tommys friend by pulling out his heart. Tommy drives down to the sheriff's office to warn the sheriff. Meanwhile Jason kills a couple. Bla Bla Bla. The paintball scene is pretty cool. It enjoyed the credits. The acting is alright. But yeah, good sequel.

Overall: 6/10 Acting: 4/10 Writing: 4.5/10 Gore Score: 5/10

I Agree With Senorita123
25 January 2009
People, senorita123 is completely right. Where is the original, funny, adult humor type show that we all used to know and love? I tell you where it is, on a bus heading to the Bermuda Triangle. And then we get this stuff from baby land and keep getting these dumb, hyped up, stupid, not funny, childish episodes. I haven't been watching the latest Kid Choice Awards, but I do know that this show used to get a lot of those awards, and hopefully it still isn't. Spongebob was good from 1999-2004, but from the Spongebob movie and on, the animation changed, Spongebob changed, and more importantly, the SHOW changed. Nickelodeon needs to come out of their little turtle shell and start bringing back the old shows. Re-Runs or not they were actually FUNNY. Not stupid.

1 out of 10 for a complete waste of time and anticipation.

Very Funny
25 January 2009
Okay, I laughed so hard watching this episode! It actually was funny. Yes, it was actually funny! It made me laugh, and I'm even more critical than Roger Ebert. I really did enjoy this episode. The plot revolves around Spongebob, Patrick, and Squidward back in the old days as cave-sea-animals. They discover fire, but begin to argue about it and then the episode explodes into fun for everyone.

It does feature Patchy the pirate (full body, not the stupid little cartoon version) and Potty, along with a robot from the future.

Overall, a funny episode with good laughs here and there and I'm sure even Roger Ebert will enjoy! 7/10

Best Day Ever, More Like Worst Episode Ever!
25 January 2009
Warning: Spoilers
This god awful piece of junk is ONE of the worst Spongebob episode made, (Right next to Atlantis Sqaurepantis) and didn't deserve the full day marathon.

The plot is lagging, it just features Spongebob wanting to have the "Best Day Ever" and it is ruined by his friends asking him to do various tasks.

Quite boring, not funny what so ever, and it is more annoying than any other Spongebob episode out there! "The Best Day Ever" is a good song, but not when it is repeated 20 times or more! Please, if you really want Spongebob, watch season 1-3 and some of 4.

Not Nearly as Good as Show
23 January 2009
I love Spongebob season 1-4, but from here on the show got stupid, just like the movie. It doesn't have the old adult humor that it used to, there were some parts that made me laugh, but not as much as the show. Not recommend for people who hate kid humor. The plot is simple, "someone" steals King Neptune (who changed A lot!!!) crown and Spongebob and Patrick adventure off to the place strongly feared by Bikini Bottom, Shell City to get it back.

Overall, not good, cliché', pretty stupid, and not funny. I wish that they could start Spongebob all over with the original writers and creators, producers, etc.

This show is just crying to be canceled, GET BACK THE OLD WRITERS NICKELODEON AND STEVEN H.!

An Amazing Actiony Animal Astonishment
11 January 2009
This was a very funny little flick that most people will watch over and over again.

Also note very quickly, seeyounext2sday is Completely correct. Do not judge this film of plagiarism if you do not even know the **** facts! Thats BS.

Anyway, highly recommend for a slow Saturday night or just anytime. I watched it over the summer thinking it would be stupid by judging it by its cover of Otis riding a motorcycle, but when the first 10 minutes started I really knew that I was in the hands of some good writers. Like I said before, don't judge if you don't have the facts, and this is a very highly recommend movie while also being a very funny flick, original, and slightly cliché but good!

Getting Better, Not Amazing Though
11 January 2009
My original review was mean. Yeah, this show is stupid. The farm animals do stuff when the farmer isn't looking. If you want something that might make you smile, watch the movie. The show has is moments. It has progressed with humor, but still cliché. Personally, I don't like the show or the movie much, but this is something you can watch if there really is "nothing on". Nothing special, that's why it doesn't play much. This isn't a show trying to be nominated for an Oscar, so just sit back and watch. Let loose and enjoy yourself. If you laughed, admit it. Just because the majority of the show may not make you laugh, don't be so negative. Think positve. If you laugh, at least say you did.

Halloween (1978)

A Great Original MUST-SEE
10 January 2009
This is truly the "lift off" or "start" of all the cliché horror movies and slasher flicks we have today. "Friday the 13th" was a pretty bad rip-off but lets pass all that. This movie is so riveting and amazing, throwing suspense, terror, and bloody good fun at the viewer. Anyone watching will ask for more and surely see the rest of the series. (If you do avoid 5,6, and 8) It stars the beautiful "Jamie Lee Curtis" and her co-star "Donald Pleasance". With the new master of horror, John Carptenter directing, this movie is amazing. The music makes up most of the suspense and adds a lot of the build up to the climax. Very good acting and camera work, not so bloody: more suspenseful and terrorizing. I highly recommend it for anyone a fan of horror or not!

Very Suspenseful Flick
10 January 2009
I have seen every Halloween film there is. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,and 8. They are all great accept for 8 which is okay, but stupid. This was my second favorite, I was gripping my couch at every scene. It stars the old original Donald Pleasance and although there is no talented Jamie Lee, there is Danielle Harris playing a girl named Jamie. It takes off 10 years after the events of Halloween 1978. The title can promise a good movie for a good Halloween franchise fan. Very little blood and gore (see the parental guide for more) and great A-B acting. The storyline is pretty dumb, but hey, it's still a good movie if you actually have an imagination. Good job Dwight H. Very Good Job.

I Luved It
9 January 2009
There were flaws, of course there were flaws, the book is over 500 pages and most scripts in this type of font are only about 60-180. That means the writers can not adapt everything to make all the fans happy with the film. The directing was amazing and the effects were around the B area, but the film itself is good. We all know that vampires don't exist, but it's a fiction. I really truly did not want to see this. But I was forced in and when the first ten minutes started, I was gripping the edge of my seat for the rest. It was very riveting and enjoyable, I'm sure most people will enjoy it and love it. I'm on book three and can not wait for the New Moon movie.

Hancock (2008)

Pretty Good, Not the Best
2 January 2009
I saw Hancock over the summer and was on the edge of my seat throughout almost the whole movie. It was moving along really well, and then we got to the part where Hancock figures out that Ray's wife is another "angel" like Hancock. The movie went down the good roller-coaster just a bit right from that point, but it ended well and hinted a good sequel! It was kinda cheesy when Hancock and Mary have a little fidgit, not going to say anymore, but hey the whole idea behind the movie is about superheros/and or having superpowers. The end might jerk some tears but not for me, and Will Smith's acting was overall A-ish. The directing from Peter Berg could have been better, but it was good. Overall the movie gets an 8/10 stars from me! I do recommend it.
