I never realized IMDb listed podcasts. I found this because I was searching for more information. I was behind, I guess about a couple of years, and all of a sudden hit the end of the road. The last episode I can find is from 2022. Alas! That's disappointing.
Scott's reading of his original work is fantastic. I've never been much for fairy tales or witches or ancient realms and kingdoms; But, these stories, at least to me, seem rather unique and quite compelling. They are imaginative, suspenseful, philosophical and always quite interesting. There's a subtle (or maybe not so subtle?) gender fluidity that may attract some listeners while others may prefer to clutch their pearls and listen to a Matt Walsh podcast instead.
If you like intriguing, thought provoking fiction delivered in an almost mesmerizing fashion I highly recommend Scott Thrower's "Fairy Tales for Unwanted Children".
They mostly range from approximately 10 minutes to around 20 with a few running much longer or continued over multiple episodes. They are generally stand alone though, with some occasionally making reference to a previous episode.
