Fast Five (2011)

Not that bad.

It's a decent movie, one of the things wrong with it is that the action scenes are so unrealistic that it's almost as if you're watching a cartoon. They are constantly scenes where someone should have been permanently hospitalized or killed. And it seems like most of the movie is totally unrealistic action scenes. I'm left virtually always asking myself "Come on, really?" It's also very hard to keep track of who's working for who and who are the bad guys and who are the good guys. I wish it was somewhat better and had an actual plot so that I would be anxious to see the end the next movie. Other than those things, it's not a terrible movie.

Fast & Furious (2009)

They put way too much emphasis on nitrous oxide in all the races. But if you've had any experience at all with cars or street racing, you know that nitrous oxide isn't all that the movie makes it out to be. You don't simply turn it one whenever you want to win or accelerate at random. It's really sad that they don't focus on the cars themselves more.

To all the others. Please only review the movie itself. Don't simply complain about ads. Ads are advertisements. Advertisements are commercials. Commercials are commerce and commerce is money. They need money to make the game so complaining about ads is just a waste of everyone's time.

Sneaky Pete (2015–2019)

Not bad. But not terrific.

It's a decent show. The plot changes drastically from each episode so it gets very interesting from one show to the next. The worst thing about the show is that unless you have a law degree, you'll have a hard time keeping up with all the jargon and the constant dramatic changes that happen over and over to the story. It becomes quite frustrating. Each character has a different legal roll and you lose track of who's doing what. Who are the "good guys" and who are the bad guys" and in which cases? What is each person's responsibility and in which cases? Who are the winners and who are the losers and in which cases? Who are the prosecutors and who are the defendants and in which cases? What are the legal results from and from which cases?

This Is Us (2016–2022)

Alright. It's a decent show.

It's a pretty good show and I do enjoy watching it somewhat. The plot just changes so drastically from one episode to the next that I'm constantly thinking I must have missed an episode. Also, when a new episode starts with "Previously on This is Us", some of the content wasn't in the previous episode.

Was it really necessary to add bisexual content into this show? It didn't add anything to the show. One half of the viewers probably applaud and the other half just roll their eyes. It seemed like the producers probably just thought "Okay, it's a decent show but we should add some homosexuality somewhere".

Beast (I) (2022)

They don't encounter the "Beast" until halfway through the movie. And then, he does nothing but try to hunt them down for the rest of the movie as if there was nothing else to eat.

Then they end up winning a physical wrestling match with him after several minutes and barely taking scratch with a single dart. It should have been somewhat more realistic. It would have been much enjoyable if I hadn't been constantly sighing and rolling my eyes. He immediately passes out once poked with the small dart. Anyone/everyone knows that an animal of this size would take a significant amount of juice/time to knock it out.

Psych (2006–2014)

I love this show!

I almost never rate shows with 10 stars! There are several LoL moments in every episode. Every episode has a unique crime scene with with different ways to solve each one. I am retired law enforcement, and while I know this show isn't exactly true to law practices, I still find it exceedingly enjoyable to watch. I am never dissatisfied while watching this show. One of the fantastic things about the show is that it's pure comedy. You don't have worry much about the plot.

Intelligence (2020–2023)

Okay, The acting was pretty good. The plot and the characters were all over the place. That made it pretty hard to watch. It's almost as if it was trying to be a SitCom. It felt like there wasn't a story at all. I was rolling my eyes during every episode.

The plot is pretty mundane. David Schwimmer's character is so unbearably annoying though that he makes it almost hard to watch. I'm not entirely sure if it's his acting or simply the plot but in every scene I'm just tempted to throw my phone at his character.

Shameless (2011–2021)

This show is listed as a comedy. There is practically nothing funny about it and there are no comedic scenes. Virtually every scene has sexuality attached to it. It's hard to believe that it has preteen homosexual characters in the plot. This makes very hard to watch without rolling your eyes and sighing.

Suits (2011–2019)

Loved it! Great show!

I had a very hard time finding anything wrong with this show. The actors, the story, the cinematography are great. Each character has a unique story so the show doesn't focus on just one character/actor. I am literally always entertained while watching this show. This show is so entertaining to watch! It is sometimes difficult to keep track of which of the characters are working on which cases and who is working for which law firm, but it doesn't matter. It is still fun to watch😊.

The Office (2005–2013)

This show is much fun to watch! Each and every character has it's one unique style so you can love and/or hate which ever one you want. The plot is ever changing so you're not sure what to expect from each episode. I've finished the whole show and restarted the entire thing with no hesitations.

Trailer Park Boys (2001–2018)

It's a decent show. Simply not funny at all! Why does IMDb list this show as a comedy? I tried to watch episode after episode to find one single comedic point and found not one.

Even though it was a decent show, I chose not to continue watching it because I was expecting a comedy and this was a drama.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 (1988–1999)

So much fun! I watch it every day.

I have been watching MST3K since it was created and they still watch films and make me laugh along with them.

I am never disappointed with an episode. You can always be sure that the dialog will never disappoint.

I veg this show daily to be certain that I will find something to laugh at least once today. I know that after viewing MST3K for a few minutes, I will chuckle.

Monk (2002–2009)

Fantastic!!!!

I almost never give shows 10 stars. Every single episode in Monk is uniquely entertaining to watch. I am never dissatisfied with any of the cast. Each episode has it's own crime so you get to see one solved every time as you learn about how the characters relate to one another. It's so much fun to watch Monk!

Schitt's Creek (2015–2020)

The acting was fantastic. The cinematography was remarkable. The scenes were great. But it was virtually impossible find a story or characters to follow anywhere. The cut scenes were very hard to connect so each of the characters seemed to have very little relationships with one another.

I had a hard time deciphering what the plot of the movie actually was. Good thing it was less than 2 hours long.

The whole time I was watching this I was thinking to myself that Sandler must have agreed to do this movie without actually reading the script.

It's a great show. Yes it's a "comedy" but don't expect to laugh. Lots of sarcastic and ironic humor. If you don't like that, you might not enjoy it. It's a dark comedy.

Finally we have a show that we can just watch for fun and don't have to follow any plot or drama. These ladies are hilarious and brilliant in how they can become different characters in scene after scene. You never know what to expect from each one but you can guarantee that you're gonna laugh.

Portlandia (2011–2018)

😂Ha. Every scene is sarcastic humor. This show is so much fun to watch. You are literally never bored watching this. You can start anywhere because there virtually isn't a plot. This is a "sitcom". "Situation comedy".

I laugh in every single scene. I feel somewhat sorry for people living in Portland because it seems to make fun of the city.

Almost everything he talked about was political or racial. I laughed occasionally but rolled my eyes more often. You could tell I was not the only one because the audience was pretty quiet.

It is a great show. I love the cast and the plot. The problem I have is that at the end of almost every episode I find myself wondering, so what happened? The episodes seem somewhat inconclusive at the end.
