Warning: Spoilers
The Shed (2019) is a movie I recently rented off Amazon Prime for $2.99. The storyline focuses on a young man orphaned that lives with his strict grandfather. One day a vampire after making a fresh kill retreats to his shed and starts killing everything that get nears it. When the orphan's friend finds out he comes up with an idea that will only complicate things more than they already are. This movie is directed by Frank Sabatella (Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet) and stars Jay Jay Warren (Rushed), Frank Whaley (Pulp Fiction), Cody Kostro (Worst Friends) and Sophia Happonen. If you can get paste the "Why is a creature this powerful trapped in a shed" aspect of this movie it is a lot of fun. The premise, characters, script, acting and kill scenes are all pretty good for a movie with a $25,000 budget. The movie is very intense and is executed surprisingly well. I'll tell you I enjoyed this movie thoroughly from beginning to end. I think the rating are being very hard on it. I'd score this a very solid 7-7.5/10 and strongly recommend seeing it.
