as an artist, i definitely believe this movie was one of the most visual and conceptional to come along in a while...and i loved the characters. but as the movie went on, i got less amazed and a lot more....annoyed ? (for lack of a better word). the plot took a turn from interesting to borderline ridiculous towards the end. i am all about challenging the mind..but..come on.

natalie portman...great performance..but i don't think her character was anything extraordinary for her..she always delivers quite well in her roles (in my opinion).

plot- did not care for at all. one thing that can be good or bad is an ending with unanswered questions..and in this movie, i felt that there were just too many things left for the audience to guess at..so it was not one of the best movies to me.

on a side note...vincent cassel..je t'aime.
