Es una película de dibujos animados, con mucho arte para no trabajar tanto. Interesante combinación visual: los personajes son dibujos animados copiados a tiras de Fontanarrosa, los fondos son 3D por computadora, y mucho elementos sueltos (el pucho, las armas, hamburguesa, papas fritas, etc.) son reales, fotos.
La historia tiene mucha sangre, pero si conocés a Boogie, ya te lo imaginabas. Atención, muere gente inocente, y hasta mascotas.

Muy buena, recomendable para pocos, para el que le gusta los efectos especiales, o los cuentos fantásticos. Si no, no la vas a entender ni apreciar, y te pueden dar asco los chorros de sangre.
Disctrict 9 es una de marcianos, pero realista. Te la recomiendo si podés digerir el punto de partida fantástico: los marcianos se caen a la Tierra, y viven en una villa miseria. Asumiendo eso, el desarrollo es "realista". Nadie tiene poderes sobrenaturales, ni leen la mente, ni desaparecen en el aire.
Lo malo de la película: hay buenos y malos arquetípicos: los pobres son los buenos, y los poderosos son los malos.

Lindos efectos especiales, exagerados hasta lo inverosímil. Buena película para ver en Fast Forward: recomiendo ir exclusivamente a las partes en que el mundo se hace pelota. La historia está bien... como composición de de primaria. Más básica e irreal no podía ser. ¡Es de boba...! Van a encontrar al rico malo traidor que se salva y quiere dejar morir a miles, al pobre chofer que se salva gracias a su tenacidad (y a una suerte a toda prueba, se tendría que haber muerto 25 veces), al pobre y noble científico de la India que descubrió el problema y lo traicionaron y lo dejaron morir, y no puedo seguir más, me voy a vomitar.

Película de terror (sustos y asquito) para adolescentes. No es exactamente de terror. Por un lado juega con los sustos. El suspenso no es muy bueno, y los sustos, aunque son básicos, dan resultado: asustan. La película está salpicada con situaciones cómicas, personajes ridículos, y mucho asco vomitando líquidos verdes y desparramando sangre por la nariz. En este sentido, si no sos sensible, las partes de asco dan risa. Esquiva un poco los lugares comunes, sólo para hacer un final impredecible. Nada del otro mundo.
