Laughed at, he stands his ground and ends up succesfull.
Nice movie, great acting by Jonah Hill.

Nice to watch this classic againg, a movie with shot while the camera doesn't move all the time and where the shots are longer than three seconds. For example the scene in which he breaks five eggs and drinks them is a one shot scene.
You have to be kind of briliant to play such a dumb character.

13-11-2013 I was afraid for too much Rockyness, but put Tom Hardy in a movie and you'll end up with a stunning movie. Although the plot is a rather predictable and the testosteron is almost dripping from the screen, it was a touching and sensitive movie Casting Nick Nolte as papa turned out to be briliant, perhaps his best ever performance. The fights are looking good although sometimes more WWF than MMA.

Unbelievable how short sighted just two or three generations ago people were, taking into account the holocaust was just a few years ago. Makes you wonder what future people are going to think about the things we take for granted today. Fossil fuels? Unlimited use of fresh water? More guns than Americans in the USA? Eating beef everyday? Sports fishing? People not being chipped? Smoking?
